I had a great time last weekend at the Sundress Academy for the Arts/Firefly Farms poetry camping retreat. Firefly Farms is on beautiful, forested property in Knoxville. It was so wonderful to camp out with other writers and talk poetry, while also drafting the starts of poems. I left feeling energized and full of poetry-momentum. I am looking forward to returning to SAFTA in August for a week-long residency!
